Coconut Grove Beachfront CottagesCoconut Grove is a group of three vacation cottages operated by the delightful American owner, Ronna. i.e. they are not vacation rental homes with full kitchen. There is a restaurant on the property - in fact one of the nicest in the Matei area. The property's main feature is that it is absolute beachfront. Just a few steps through the garden from your cottage and you can feel the sand beneath your toes! There are kayaks for your use to paddle out and explore small offshore islands, and gaze at the reef below. Swim, snorkel, laze in a hammock, or ask Ronna about all the wonderful trips and tours available on Taveuni. Coconut Grove AccommodationEach cottage is suitable for a couple. Large comfortable queen beds, overhead fans and views to the gardens, beach and ocean. Each cottage has an outdoor as well as an indoor shower - you haven't lived until you have showered beneath a tropical sky, with palm fronds by day and a million stars at night. Rates include continental breakfast every morning, tea and coffe in the morning, afternoon tea with homemade cookies in the afternoon, and a complimentary 30 minute massage for one of you on arrival.
